The cost of some membership levels may be free as a courtesy by advertisers on PowerEval.com, while other membership levels are available only as paid-for subscriptions by the end user. Where payment is required we will explicitly say so.

Upon registering with us, you are issued a user name and password, which must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of the Web site. ValueSoft Inc. accepts no liability for actual results returned by investments made based upon analysis through PowerEval.com.

ValueSoft Inc. is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of any action taken or refrained from being taken as a result of any information contained on the PowerEval web site.

Subscription privileges are granted by ValueSoft Inc. to individuals exclusively and are granted specifically to the subscribing registered member only. Membership rights cannot be assigned, distributed, shared, viewed, accessed, or transferred to anyone other than the registered member without the permission from ValueSoft Inc. Members are not permitted to share their individual logon information with others. Upon registration, which is free, Customer becomes a Basic Member. A Basic Member will have limited access to services and features as described here. ValueSoft Inc.
