We strive to make
PE as easy to use as possible. To ensure this, we set in place
many methods to help users navigate and use the application.

Next to every data entry field in the
application we place a
icon. Placing your mouse pointer over this icon will bring up a description
of the data being requested in that particular field.

When you are using PE features, the left column on the page will contain
a green area called "Page Help". This area will contain detail about the page
you are currently on, and to help you understand the purpose of all the
data on the page.

The Software Guide is accessible from the top menu, containing screenshots.
The guide also walks through creating a sample property, and using all the online
features of PE.

A sample property labelled "Sample Property" is given to every
registered user. This sample property is the same one used in the guide. Users
can also run the sample reports showing users how their data can be used.

Additional support can be provided through our help desk system. Submit a Help Desk request in your left hand menu. Support will respond by email (or phone if desired) within 24 hours. Most are handled within an hour.
