PowerEval is an online AJAX based application that provides a free online rental property cash flow analysis and forecasting software.

PowerEval.com is tailored to assist both real estate investors and real estate brokers by facilitating communication of property information online. Communication between the parties begins with their online MLS listings or through their real estate website. Once an investor requests additional information about the rental property, the broker can provide all the property's detail through PowerEval.com.

Real Estate Brokers can share email or fax detailed reports regarding the rental property. Information can be shared through the online software, allowing real estate investors to run similar Pro Forma Reports. Real Estate Investors can then further manipulate the data based upon their management styles and share their results with their investment partners.
